Hotel bookings & quick getaways
Just need a hotel? Book directly through my portal to receive Virtuoso benefits like room upgrades, complimentary breakfast, and property credit to use during your stay. If you’d like help choosing a hotel or can’t find the property you’re looking for, just reach out.
Small Ship & Expedition Cruises & escorted journeys
The same route can feel very different depending on who you travel with. I help you choose a ship or tour company that suits your interests and the pace you enjoy, so you can feel confident about what you’re booking. I handle the arrangements and can design time before or afterward to make the most of the journey.

WE TALK.
We’ll spend about 30 minutes talking about your trip and whether we’d work well together. If we’re a good fit, I’ll send an invoice for your planning fee. Once it’s paid, I get to work.
YOUR TRIP TAKES SHAPE.
I’ll put together a complete itinerary with package pricing. Then we’ll talk it through. Tell me what you’re excited about and what doesn’t quite feel like you. We’ll work from there until the trip feels right.
WE MAKE IT HAPPEN.
Once you approve the itinerary, a 50% deposit confirms your trip and I arrange the bookings. The balance is generally due 60 days before departure. I’ll also provide a travel insurance quote and help you prepare, with your digital itinerary and local support contacts ready before you leave.
YOU GO.
Enjoy the trip knowing you have support if you need it. Once you’re home, I’ll check in to hear all about it and ask the obvious question: where to next?
Planning Fees
Custom itinerary design: starting at $395.
Your planning fee is quoted after our initial call, based on the scope of your trip. It includes:
30-minute initial consultation call
Destination research & guidance
Entry requirement guidance
Custom itinerary creation
Up to 3 itinerary edits
Ongoing itinerary management and pre-travel wrap-up
30-minute pre-travel meeting
Digital itinerary for in-travel use
In-travel assistance
Small-ship & expedition cruises, and escorted journeys: $195
Covers research and booking. If you’d like additional travel designed before or afterward, custom itinerary planning fees apply, starting at $395.
Flight recommendations & ticketing
Custom itinerary design includes one suggested flight itinerary. Extensive flight research is billed at $125/hour.
If you’d like me to handle ticketing, the fee is $75 per domestic ticket or $150 per international ticket.
Additional services: $125/hour
Restaurant research and reservations, spa appointments, tee times, event tickets, and other special arrangements are available for clients with trips booked through me. Advice or research for travel booked independently is also billed at this rate.
Hotel-only bookings: no fee.
Book Virtuoso properties through my portal and the perks are yours. For anything else, just reach out.
How much is my trip going to cost?
I plan trips exclusively at the 4- and 5-star level, with budgets that vary quite a bit depending on the details.
Travel isn’t an inexpensive proposition, and popular destinations during peak season can require considerably more than you might expect. We’ll talk honestly about what your budget can accommodate and what your priorities are likely to cost.
Cruises and group tours can be a better fit for smaller budgets.I'm always happy to discuss options or refer you to a colleague who's better suited.
